The Railway Group D exam pattern for CBT is as follows:
  • The RRB Group D Exam Pattern is a Computer Based Test and objective in nature.
  • The RRB Question paper for Group D will be Based on the Subjects like general knowledge/ awareness/ mathematics / reasoning etc.
  • There are a total of 100 questions in the exam, each Qs consisting of 1 marks.
  • Total time duration is 90 minutes (120 minutes for PWD candidates)
  • There will be a negative marking of 1/3 mark for each incorrect response.

SSC CHSL Syllabus 2019

Typing Skill Test (TST):

  • Typing Skill Test (TST) will be of qualifying nature (marks obtained in typing skill test shall not be added for making merit)

  • The candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.
Document Verification (DV):
  • Qualified candidates of 2nd Stage CBT and based on the performance of candidates in both 2nd Stage CBT and CBAT/TST (as applicable), candidates equal to the number of vacancies will be called for Document Verification as per their merit and options.
  • In addition, candidates equal to 50% of the number of vacancy for various posts will also be called for document verification.
